With utmost care your package will be shipped by DPD. When spending from €75,- no costs are charged for shipping within the Netherlands. For amounts under €75,- we charge only €5,50 shipping costs.
Shipping to Belgium
With utmost care your package will be sent by DPD. For orders from €75,- there are no charges for shipping to Belgium. For amounts under €75,- we only charge €7,95 shipping costs.

Your order can be returned within 14 days after purchasing, provided it has been unopened and unused. The cost of returns is your responsibility, except in case of wrong orders.

For electrical devices already in use, which unexpectedly encounter a quality problem, please contact our Customer Service before offering them for repair.
